Credits

1,000 credits = $1. Credits are prepaid and never expire. The numbers below are backcrew’s current defaults.

What Cost
An agent request The model’s tokens at its price (shown in the Builder) - if the code calls more than one model, each call at the price of the model it used - rounded up to a whole credit, and at least 3 credits.
A knowledge search 2 credits each, added to the request.
A policy check 1 credit per model call the agent’s policy checks, added to the request.
A quality check 2 credits per check scored - only if you turn quality checks on.
A test case Its answer, like any agent request, plus 2 credits for the judge’s rating if it’s judged by a rubric. Only when you run them.
The Builder assistant The tokens it uses, at least 3 credits.

Messages on WhatsApp cost credits like any request. Meta’s own WhatsApp fees, if any, are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account, not in credits.

Everything else is free: deploying, the code review before each deploy, hosting, tools, memory, knowledge storage and website crawls, creating policies.
