Does backcrew keep my documents?
Section titled “Does backcrew keep my documents?”No. Uploaded files go straight to the search index in your region; backcrew stores only each file’s name, size and status.
Where are my tool credentials?
Section titled “Where are my tool credentials?”In an encrypted credential vault, separate from backcrew’s database. backcrew keeps only a reference and never shows a secret again.
Can my agents be used to see another company’s data?
Section titled “Can my agents be used to see another company’s data?”No. Every agent, tool, knowledge base and policy belongs to one workspace, and every request is checked against it.
Why did my agent stop answering?
Section titled “Why did my agent stop answering?”Usually the workspace is out of credits or reached its monthly limit - check Billing. Otherwise open the agent’s page: if it’s not Deployed, the error there says why.
Why can’t I deploy in a region?
Section titled “Why can’t I deploy in a region?”If deploying says “Agents can’t be deployed in this region yet”, that region is still being prepared on our side. Nothing was created or charged. Pick another region, or contact backcrew support.
Can my agent call a different model than the one I picked?
Section titled “Can my agent call a different model than the one I picked?”Yes, any model in backcrew’s model list (the models shown in the Builder). Each call is billed at the price of the model it used. Models outside the list are refused. See Agent Builder.
Why was my deploy refused with “changes how backcrew runs and bills your agent”?
Section titled “Why was my deploy refused with “changes how backcrew runs and bills your agent”?”The code reaches into the runtime backcrew wraps around your agent - for example importing __main__ or touching the hook that meters model calls. The message names the file and line; remove it and save again. See Code a deploy refuses.
Why does my agent say “Review failed”?
Section titled “Why does my agent say “Review failed”?”Every deploy and update is reviewed before it’s built, and the review stopped this version - usually for a security problem, such as code that gets around how backcrew runs, meters or isolates agents. The agent page shows the reason. Nothing was built, and a live agent keeps answering with its previous version. Fix the code and save again. How do I see what an agent did?
Section titled “How do I see what an agent did?”The agent’s Activity page shows each request and step. The audit log (owners and auditors) shows every request with its outcome, credits and the tools it called.
Do you support Arabic?
Section titled “Do you support Arabic?”Yes. Agents, policies (topics in Arabic too), knowledge search and quality checks all work in Arabic, and these docs are available in Arabic - use the language menu.
